Shipping
Standard shipping within the United States is $8.00. Free Standard shipping is available on orders of $75 or more. Express shipping is $15.00.
Our products ship from trusted partner suppliers (third-party suppliers). Processing and delivery times vary by product, and we do not promise specific delivery dates. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Because items may ship from different suppliers, products in the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
Where international shipping is available, rates are calculated at checkout.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
To start a return, email us at strideandsol@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or wrong. For hygiene reasons, socks that have been opened or worn may not be returnable unless they are defective.
